adidas Hyperboost Territory Race Activation

When Unsanctioned Athletics were tasked with delivering a brand activation for the adidas Hyperboost launch, they approached RunnerBeam Studio to bring the digital experience to life. Their ambitious concept transformed East London into a live, territory-based race where teams competed to capture and defend zones across the city.

We developed the technology behind the activation, including real-time territory mapping, athlete tracking, automated geofence detection, live results, and a full race replay. Delivered under adidas branding and hosted on a dedicated shareable domain, we turned a creative race concept into a fully immersive experience for athletes, spectators, and the brand alike.
